Delivery Information
Delivery is every night before consumption(between 6 p.m.- 9 p.m.).
- First meal will be delivered on Sunday evening.
- Last meal will be delivered on Thursday evening.
- There are no deliveries on Friday-Saturday.
For 10 Day and 20 Day Meal Plans, deliveries will follow the 5-day schedule.
Delivery is c/o our freelance riders. You will receive an SMS alert when your order is on the way. The rider will SMS you when your order has been delivered.
For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.
The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: Baked goods are made fresh and delivered from Monday to Thursday evening, between 6-9:30PM WITH your ELM meal plan. For SFB orders only, please order at www.sugarfreebakery.com. Order cut-off is 6PM.
