Let’s DASH your way to lowering/ controlling high blood pressure! We will specialize meal plans that contain food rich in potassium, magnesium, and calcium nutrients – which means plenty of vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products, whole grains, limited portion of red meats, sweets, and more!

Who is it for?

For people who need a special diet to aid in Hypertension.

What does it contain?

Four (4) meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack.

What is the meal program duration?

Meal program duration is for 20 days. 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).

How many calories does the meal plan contain?

Ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 kCal*.

*Our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian will evaluate and recommend the appropriate calories for your meal plan.

Delivery Information:

Delivery is every night before consumption (between 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.).

First meal will be delivered on Sunday evening.
Last meal will be delivered on Thursday evening.
There are no deliveries on Friday-Saturday.

Delivery is c/o our freelance riders. You will receive an SMS alert when your order is on the way. The rider will SMS you when your order has been delivered.

For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.
