Terms and Conditions

1. Promo is applicable for new and existing customers.
   
2. Customers are only allowed to switch their meal plans on a weekly basis. Any updates or changes with regard to their Meal Subscription must be made on or before Saturday 8PM.
3. Mid-week requests for meal plan changes is not allowed.
   
4. Strictly no cancellations.
5. Promo is not transferrable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
6. Installment options are available upon request for 60-Day Meal Plan. Maximum of 3 installments applies.
7. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos, offers and discounts.
8. Customers are allowed to pause their active meal subscription for a maximum of 2 weeks for every 20-Day meal duration.
9. Delivery fees apply.

MEAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Delivery is every night before consumption (between 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).

First meal will be delivered on Sunday evening.
Last meal will be delivered on Thursday evening.
There are no deliveries on Friday-Saturday. 

For 20 Day Meal Plans, deliveries will follow the 5-day schedule.

You will receive an SMS alert when your order is on the way. The rider will SMS you when your order has been delivered.

For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.

SHIPPING INFO

1) Meals: We deliver the evening before consumption, between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Your first meal will be delivered on Sunday evening.

2) The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: Baked goods are made fresh and delivered on Tuesday and Thursday evening, between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM WITH your Flexi Meal Plan.

3) For The Sugar-Free Bakery orders only, please order at www.sugarfreebakery.com.

Cut-Off for The Sugar-Free Bakery Items

Order cut-off is on 6:00 PM night before date of delivery.
