Delivery Information
1) We deliver your meals the evening before consumption, between 5 p.m - 9 p.m.
For 10 and 20 Day Meal Plans, deliveries will follow a Monday-Friday meal consumption schedule.
For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.
Please expect a message from our rider when your order is about to be delivered.
Our rider's waiting time is a maximum of 10 minutes SMS notice of arrival.
2) For The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: We can deliver your add-on treats on Tuesday or Thursday evening straight to your doorstep between 5 p.m - 9 p.m. Order cut-off is 12 n.n. on Monday for Tuesday evening delivery and 12 n.n. on Wednesday for Thursday evening delivery. Orders placed beyond cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
